The Fairmeadow PTA comprises of a group of parents and school staff members who work together to support and enrich the school life of our students.
PTA works as a liaison between staff and the school community to help provide open communication and support our school programs. We also help build connections with Fairmeadow families.
To achieve our goal of making school a better place for our children to learn and develop, we organize, fund and, implement many programs and materials that make our children’s school experience a more enriching one.
Please note that all school volunteers must be fully vaccinated in order to volunteer on campus. Volunteers must also check-in/out of the front office prior to entering a classroom or school site and complete a quick vaccination survey. For now, we are focused on gathering vaccination status so volunteers can support our school.
- Only vaccinated volunteers should complete the form.
If a person is not vaccinated, they are not eligible to volunteer.
- An image or photo of their vaccination card must be submitted.

- A confirmation email will be sent after submission.
