When is the Walkathon & Fall Fundraiser?
The event is Sunday, October 11th, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Fairmeadow Elementary School.
Where does the money raised go?
All money raised supports the Fairmeadow PTA and helps fund school supplies, books, noon-time sports and activities, teacher enrichment funds, and much more. The Walkathon & Fall Fundraiser is Fairmeadow PTA’s largest fundraiser of the year.
Do students need to check in?
Yes. There will be a check-in table where students can sign in and pick up their event T-shirts.
Will food be available?
Yes. Light food and refreshments will be available for purchase, including the Kona Ice truck, lemonade stand, snacks, and a bake sale.
Is there child care?
No, there is no child care provided at this event and guardians are responsible for supervising their children.
Walkathon
What are the themed Walkathon runs?
The Bubble Run begins at 10:00 a.m., the Bracelet Run begins at 11:00 a.m., and the Color Run begins at 12:00 p.m. Students can participate in any or all of the themed hourly runs. Students can arrive and leave any time during the event.

Online Auction
When does the online auction open and close?
The auction opens at 12:00 a.m. on October 1st, 2026 and closes at 1:00 p.m. on October 11th, 2026.

Fundraising Parties
What are Fundraising Parties?
Fundraising Parties are volunteer-hosted events and experiences that bring Fairmeadow families together while raising money for the PTA. Parties may be for kids, families, or adults. Each party has a predetermined date, so be sure it works with your family calendar. Parties may take place on campus, in a volunteer’s home, or at another location depending on the activity. Each party has its own ticket price, guidelines, and restrictions, so please read the details carefully.
How do I sign up for a Fundraising Party?
Fundraising Party sign-ups take place through Zeffy. Visit the Fairmeadow Fundraising Parties page to learn how the parties work, then use the main Zeffy Fundraising Parties landing page to browse available parties. Individual party pages will also be accessible through QR codes in the event booklet (sent home October 1st, 2026) and other event communications.
Raffle
How much are raffle tickets?
Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20.
Where can I buy raffle tickets?
Tickets must be purchased in person and with cash. Tickets will go on sale starting Monday, October 5th and will be available through Friday, October 9th, and again during the event on Sunday.
Can I purchase raffle tickets with a credit card or tap to pay?
No. Raffle ticket purchases must be completed in person and with cash so Fairmeadow PTA can stay compliant with California raffle and PTA rules. Credit cards, tap to pay, digital wallets, and other electronic payment methods cannot be used for raffle ticket purchases.
Do I need to be present to win the raffle?
No. Winners do not need to be present to win.
When will raffle winners be drawn?
Raffle drawing times are still being finalized and will be posted once available.
