There is always something happening at Fairmeadow.

Each year, the PTA sponsors a number of events to strengthen our community and to have fun!

In a typical year, these events include:

Welcome Back Social

Opportunity for the Fairmeadow families to meet as the summer comes to an end and kids are getting ready to go back to school

Staff Lunches

PTA-hosted lunches organized and prepared by Fairmeadow parents once every other month.

Ice Skating Parties

Held in the winter, usually on Wednesday. Includes pizza dinner and hot cocoa.

Kinder Open House

Tour of the Kinder rooms and campus for incoming families.

Pancake Breakfast

A morning of pancakes and other goodies usually in conjunction with the Spring Book Fair.

Spring Benefit and Auction

A parents-only event that is a must-attend party for the Fairmeadow community. All
proceeds support our school.

Staff Appreciation Week

A week in the spring that shows our staff how much we appreciate them! Activities include
a luncheon, notes to the staff and flowers.

May Fete

Fairmeadow constructs and enters a float in the Palo Alto May Fete parade.

Spring Art Fair

A chance for you and your children to showcase your art work including an opening night reception.

Discovery Day

A school day for parents and community members joining teachers to show off their passions and hobbies. Students split into small groups to receive hour long lessons in topics such as fencing, cake decorating, painting, etc.

International Evening

A evening of activities including food and talent show from various countries representing our Fairmeadow community.

 

In addition, PTA also sponsors monthly Staff Luncheons, Family Dineouts, and Parents Nights Out during the school year.
